Head of Marketing (Software Resilience) - performance and lead generation

Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to manage and lead a marketing team to help generate leads and build the profile of NCC Group’s Software Resilience business; we are a the world's largest software escrow company, protecting and verifying the code of leading global companies and Government entities.

The role holder will: - Builds long-lasting connections between customers and the Group;
- Deliver an increasing volume of campaign-driven revenue by generating prospect engagements & leads;
- Hold Senior Campaign Management responsibility within the team, acting as a functional mentor to campaign management peers

Key accountabilities:
As the Head of Marketing for Software Resilience (maternity cover), you will manage the marketing campaign strategy and implementation for demand gen & enablement campaigns across all regions.
- Track and report campaign lead gen & ROI during Mat cover period.
- Manage the SR Marketing team and budget for Software Resilience, ‘buying in’ Group-run services such as Digital Marketing, Website infrastructure and Operations: Process & Data.
- Represent SR Marketing within SR Division and Group Marketing leadership meetings.
- Take ownership of adapting marketing strategy and campaign plans to meet changing business requirements.
- Clear, detailed, and reliable forecasting of expected ROI that is tracked on a regular basis and communicated to all relevant stakeholders via monthly reports.
- Train and manage a team that efficiently delivers great results with behaviours that align to the Group culture. Lead, coach and manage them to meet their KPIs and objectives.
- Represent SR Marketing within Marketing Leadership Team to support getting the best outcome for the division.
- Providing functional guidance to SR Campaign Managers & Execs.
- Support the Global Head of Performance Marketing with SR Marketing plan: campaign calendar & quarterly budget requirements.
- Acquisition & enablement campaign development (providing best practice guidance to Campaign Management team members).
- Outline campaign specific digital media management requirements for SR Digital Marketing Manager.
- Generate business growth via campaign activity with new and existing channel and alliance partners (guided by Global Head of Performance Marketing).
- Create a calendar of vendor enablement activity to support our community of partners to sell-through NCC Group product and services, supported by SR Campaign Manager.
- Support strategic relationships where required with cloud marketplace and alliance partners through joint marketing activity (e.g. Microsoft & AWS).
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of Marketing campaigns.
- Work with Sales Function to support deal registration management and reporting from within PRM and CRM systems.
- Ensure that campaign execution messaging and channels draw on industry learnings.
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including those in relation to security best practice.

Functional and technical skills:

- A proven track record of developing and executing awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns
- Experience developing & managing the success of nurture campaigns within marketing automation systems
- Experience leveraging insights and analysis to drive effective marketing activities
- Have an understanding and interest in the development and evolution of digital marketing, automation, advertising and media best practice
- Strong reporting skills (Interpreting data and analytics)
- Proven ability to interact with all levels of a technology organisation
