**Head of Digital**

JET are a rapidly growing marketing agency based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter and due to continued growth are now looking a Head of Digital to join the team.

This position is part of the Senior Management Team, alongside the Account Director, Copy & Content Director and Head of Operations. You would report into the Operations Director and would line manage 2 Developers, Social Media Manager, PPC Executive, SEO & Copy Executive. The agency intends to recruit a further 10 positions next years so there is scope to quickly expand your team and remit.
- Extensive Digital Marketing experience - traditional marketing advantageous but not essential
- Creating and leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimisation of paid search (PPC) and organic search (SEO) campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Work with the studio manager to brief and project manage workload Continuously evolving website design and functionality and improving overall user experience and performance
- Planning and delivering effective digital advertising and retargeting campaigns.
- Establishing and reporting on digital marketing KPIs and ROIs and metrics to track digital performance, analyse campaign effectiveness and optimise return on investment - instilling a true data-driven culture.
- Collaborating with the creative team to fully align digital initiatives with brand and offline marketing.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing (including leveraging AI), web development, data analytics, and CRM management - and proactively sharing actionable insights.
- Embracing a roll up your sleeves attitude to lead the team daily

From initial brand identity design and strategy, through to offline print and all things digital to deliver multi-channel campaigns. New client wins and ambitious growth plans led the agency to relocate to a newly refurbished office on Newton Street in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter, which provides space to grow from 20 to 40+ team in less than 2 years.
