About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of achievement and the ability to overcome barriers and solve problems.

Main tasks include:

  • Developing project scope and producing detailed proposals
  • Appraising delivery teams' RAMs and completing a Construction Phase Plan
  • Ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality project delivery

The role requires effective resource and relationship management with various groups, including stakeholders and internal teams. Risk analysis and communication with stakeholders is vital, as well as collaboration with internal teams for financial management.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum. As a member of our team, you will also receive a competitive benefits package, including access to high street discounts, enhanced pension contributions, and a save-as-you-earn scheme.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Substantial experience in Stakeholder Management
  • Experience in completing the full life cycle of projects, including project management and staff/operatives' supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
