Job Title: Development Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Development Project Manager to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects through the development process, with strong financial and planning acumen.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Appraising potential development sites for planning and development viability.
  • Managing pre-apps and planning applications through the development process.
  • Optimising sites through S73 and S96a's.
  • Undertaking due diligence, development appraisals, and feasibility studies.
  • Liaising with colleagues and managing external consultants.
  • Negotiating S106 agreements.
  • Discharging of conditions and dealing with RMAs.


Requirements:
  • Experience in a consultancy, developer, public body, or housing association.
  • Possession of excellent communication, written, and numerate skills.
  • A genuine team player with a passion for regeneration and placemaking.
