Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at The Sterling Choice, a leading Food Manufacturer based in North Lincolnshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing National Grocery Retail accounts, negotiating deals, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including Morrisons and Lidl
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver retailer requirements, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food industry, with a track record of success in sales and account management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £50,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience)
- Bonus and car allowance
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days in the office in North Lincolnshire
