Commercial Manager - Food Manufacturing
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at The Sterling Choice, a leading Food Manufacturer based in North Lincolnshire. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing National Grocery Retail accounts, negotiating deals, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
The Role
You will own relationships with retailers like Morrisons and Lidl, keeping them happy and profitable. You will also work with internal teams to deliver what the retailers need, on time and in full. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers
- Negotiating deals and contracts with retailers
- Identifying new opportunities to grow the business
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver retailer requirements
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £50k-55k, bonus, and car allowance. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days in the office in North Lincolnshire.
