Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning and maintaining strong relationships with national grocery retailers, including Morrisons and Aldi
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to retailers
- Proven experience in the food industry, with a strong track record of sales and business development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Competitive salary: £55k-65k (dependent on experience)
- Bonus and car allowance
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days in the office in North Lincolnshire
