Commercial Manager - Food Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage national grocery retail accounts to ensure optimal sales and revenue growth
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the food industry, with a strong track record of sales and business development
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000-65,000, depending on experience
