Job Title: Agriculture Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Agriculture Sales Development Manager to join our team at Thornhvac in Southampton or Portsmouth. This exciting role comes with a competitive salary of up to £55,000 and a performance-based bonus of up to £10,000. As a valued member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in selling our range of air conditioning and refrigeration products to contractors and installers across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with our office team to provide quotes and support to ensure successful sales outcomes. The Role:
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. You will need to have a good understanding of our products and be able to communicate their benefits effectively. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the knowledge and skills required to excel in this role.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is up to £55,000, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to £10,000. Other benefits include 25 days' annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for career development within the company.
