In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the New York territory by executing field scale testing programs and collaborating with seed dealers and growers to plant, maintain, and harvest trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute field scale testing programs
  • Collaborate with seed dealers and growers
  • Provide technical support and training
  • Work with the sales team to achieve local business objectives
  • Establish and execute effective communication and training strategies
  • Create an annual Agronomy Business Plan
  • Participate in local portfolio management and forecasting

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related discipline
  • Experience in agronomy, sales, field development or research and development roles
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company's Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers guidelines
