About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our Occurrence Reporting Tool, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and stakeholders.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for tool maintenance and improvement, ensuring seamless data management and compliance with regulations
  2. Provide expert support to NC Units and user community, addressing issues and concerns promptly and efficiently
  3. Collaborate with the Occurrence Reporting Team to ensure accurate and appropriate data capture within the system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community management and support roles, with a focus on data management and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Detailed knowledge of data management principles and regulatory requirements (GDPR 18)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
