We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join Glen Callum Associates in expanding our customer base and driving business growth across the southern part of the UK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the business through both our distribution network and direct sales channels, maximising sales and margins. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Growth: Expand the customer base and maximise sales and margins through direct sales and distribution networks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service, Marketing, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless operations from sales enquiries to contract completion.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years in sales and/or business development experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

A competitive salary package of OTE £70K (Basic £35K) + Bonus / Commission + Pension + 22 days Annual Leave (Plus BH 30 days total) + Company Vehicle + Laptop / Mobile + Fully Remote working environment awaits the right candidate.
