About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality property management services across our portfolio of managed properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Investment
    • Work with our operational colleagues to deliver investment projects that meet the needs of the business, ensuring projects are accurately briefed and scoped out, presented for approval, and delivered on time and to budget.
    • Adopt a proactive approach to delivering investment, ensuring best value is obtained from all investment and minimizing business closures.
    • Ensure that all investment is procured in line with company policy and existing procurement deals are incorporated within a project where appropriate.
    • Consider sustainability within significant capital investment projects and incorporate an assessment to improve the decision-making process.
    • Work with our operational colleagues to monitor post-audit and ROI performance of all investment activity and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Transition Management
    • Adopt a proactive approach to the transition of sites from lease and tenancy into a managed format, ensuring an agreed standard of repair/minimum condition is confirmed with colleagues working on the leased and tenanted estate prior to transfer.
  • Condition Management
    • Provide on-site support for significant maintenance activity and approve maintenance quotations above an agreed threshold. Works to be inspected on completion or as a minimum during visits to a site for other reasons.
