PMO Property Assistant Manager Systems/Data/Process Lead

This role demands strong expertise in system management and data analytics, ideally within a programme management setting. The core competencies for success in this role are advanced systems administration and data analytic skills.
The Assistant PMO Manager's role is to coordinate the capital projects delivery programmes, administer the PMO system, and ensure that all programme reporting and processes meet the demands of the business. The role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the system and providing technical support to end-users.
The role will need to be the main support contact between the system provider and Stonegate, managing day-to-day operations and working alongside the Property Data and Systems Manager.
The role will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings in a clear and understandable manner.
The role requires a team player who can administer a system but excels at turning detailed data into industry-leading insight dashboards for users across multiple levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Establish and manage key relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Document and Maintain the Programme Delivery Processes (PDM), system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and training.
- Identify key areas of continuous improvement and implement changes to align with business requirements and improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Control information by ensuring that any programme movements have been through the correct governance, escalating any uncontrolled changes.
- Administer the PMO system to ensure all reporting and data analytics support Programme requirements.
- Collate, analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Create industry-leading insight dashboards for users across multiple levels of the business.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a systems lead or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems management.
- Knowledge or experience of working in a programme management environment.
- Proficiency in process and database management and the ability to use data visualisation tools.
- Experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of data analysis and visualisation.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a complex stakeholder landscape.
