Job Title: SENCO Lead - Special Educational Needs Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SENCO Lead to join our team at Shepwell School. As a SENCO Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) provision across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEND policies and procedures
