We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead SENCO to join our team at Shepwell School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with complex needs, including autism, mental health, and illness.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of SENCOs to provide high-quality support to students with complex needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on SEN-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to SEN.
