Job Title: Lead SENCO

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of SENCOs to provide high-quality support to students with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on SEN-related issues.
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to SEN.
