Lead SENCO

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead SENCO to join our team at Shepwell School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with complex needs.

• Lead a team of SENCOs to provide high-quality support and guidance to students, teachers, and parents.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in supporting students with complex needs.
