Volunteer Services Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Volunteer Services Team Lead to join our team at Northampton General Hospital. The salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and staff. As a key member of our Volunteer Services team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing voluntary activities that meet the operational demands of our organization.
You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of volunteer services. Your goal will be to inspire confidence in colleagues, volunteers, and management, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who can work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, and who has experience of fundraising and coordinating administrative functions. If you are a motivated and proactive individual with excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
