Regulatory Team Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Team Lead to join our team at Kingdom Services Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and provide front-line leadership, resilience, and back-office support to your Environmental Protection Team.
- Patrol the borough working in line with the relevant local authority's deployment strategy and issue Fixed Penalty Notices to offenders.
- Investigate complaints made by members of the public, provide statistical data to the Council, and handle freedom of information requests.
- Monitor team conduct and performance, provide training to new team members, and compile prosecution files.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and use your own initiative when carrying out your role.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
