About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our volunteer program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and engaging volunteers to support patient care and hospital operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment workflow, ensuring all advertising is standardized and meets diversity and inclusion requirements. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote and grow the service, including developing relationships with corporate and public bodies to secure funding and resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
