Credit Control Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Team Lead to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and controlling outstanding debts across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate records of patient debt, including invoicing, credit checks, and debt recovery processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce debt levels and improve cash flow
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in credit control or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
