Company Overview: Warner Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency based in Northampton. We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Manage the sales ledger to ensure timely payments from customers
  • Issue sales ledger invoices and allocate payments
  • Deal with customer queries and resolve issues
  • Create payment plans for customers and negotiate settlements
  • Set up new accounts for customers and perform credit checks
  • Work to reduce debtor days and improve cash flow
  • Supply copy invoices to customers and produce monthly debtor reports
  • Liaise with relevant contacts to set and analyse credit limits

Requirements:

  • Possession of AAT qualifications or degree in Accounting & Finance (not essential)
  • Experience in customer services, debt collection, or administration
  • Able to commute to the office in Northampton on a daily basis
  • A can-do attitude to work and ability to ask questions to get the job done
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Help other members of the team at busy periods and receive assistance during your own busy periods

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Other benefits include ample onsite parking, easily accessible location, friendly and welcoming office environment, and financially stable business.
