Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Analytical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Peterborough, UK. As an Analytical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality sampling, analysis, and reporting for various products and samples
• Maintain accurate data systems to ensure compliance with traceability standards and key performance indicators
• Support sensory activities, including taste panels, sample preparation, and collection
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Master Cleaning Schedules (MCS)

Requirements:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in QA/Sensory
• Practical knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices
• Further education to HNC or equivalent in a science subject, preferably chemistry/biochemistry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with multiple levels within the company and external contractors
• Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous
• Attention to detail
• Ability to interpret analytical and microbiological data

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
