We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small, busy, and personable team at Focus Resourcing. This role offers a competitive annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) and pension.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and schedule works with sub-contractors to meet business objectives
- Provide strong administrative and accounts support to the management team
- Collaborate with the management team to effectively handle office activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Utilize CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) to track and manage client relationships
- Perform other relevant administrative tasks as required
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a construction-based company
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive approach to tasks and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous XERO experience is advantageous
What We Offer:
