**The role & key responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the waste acceptance procedure: reviewing waste transfer documents received are complete & that duty of care is fulfilled.
- Liaising with site team regarding new projects/quality of material.
- Checking loads physically to ensure due diligence.
- Inducting drivers & setting up projects on site weighbridge.
- Exporting & interpreting vast amounts of data from weighbridge programme into Excel to reconcile & invoice.
- Collate information to assist Compliance Manager with reporting & permitting requirements.
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise from weighbridge (liaising with hardware & software support as necessary to resolve) & providing cover as required.
- Coordinating on site water/soil & gas monitoring & compiling results.
- Ensuring all plant certifications/calibrations & servicing in date & scheduled.
- Site ordering & goods receipting of materials & on hire plant.
- Maintaining site diary.
- Managing all documents across the site: scanning/filing & archiving.
- Liaising with stakeholders & clients to share information or provide documentation as required.
- Able to manage own workload, & ability to prioritise tasks as they arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
