About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored software solutions that meet these.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by effectively qualifying leads and ensuring a steady flow of clients.
- Identify and new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Work closely with the technical team to develop bespoke client proposals and presentations during the sales process.
- Participate in industry events and demonstrations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the field, in the SaaS or Software industry.
- Creative and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- A team player with an enthusiastic approach.
