Business Development Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join "MorePeople" as a Sales Growth Specialist and play a critical role in driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for B2B sales, member acquisition, and converting SME leads. You will develop a network of contacts, attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and contribute to sales projections and forecasting revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify prospective clients in the agricultural and horticultural industries
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals, effectively communicating the value of our membership
• Meet with and build relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Membership to create a sales strategy
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance. If you are a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success, we would love to hear from you.
