Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client's team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding sales revenue streams, sales margins, GP, and market presence in the Agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively achieve territory telesales targets for the agricultural machinery company's products within agreed guidelines for costs, revenue levels, gross profits, and product % margins.
  • Build strong relationships with Agricultural companies and farming community businesses through professional telephone manner and effective communication.
  • Liaise with target Agri companies, farmers, and organizations to identify potential new customers and opportunities within the defined territory.
  • Update knowledge on company products and stay up-to-date with agricultural industry developments and trends.
  • Exceed personal sales budget/target and other KPIs.
  • Update records and CRM system with accurate information.
  • Participate in and contribute positively to sales meetings and training days.
Requirements:
  • Agri/Farming/Groundcare sales background or similar.
  • Strong understanding of the Agri market.
  • Experience with precision farming practices is an added benefit.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation/closing skills.
  • Professional telephone manner with a key strength in telesales.
  • Strong IT computer skills, including CRM systems (Navision ideal).
  • Team player with a tenacious and go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to meet telesales performance and sales deadlines successfully.
  • Professional and highly driven attitude to work.
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong commercial business acumen.
