Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Formed-UK. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telemarketing outreach.
Your key objective will be to generate leads, initiate relationships with potential clients, and schedule meetings for the sales team, contributing directly to the growth and success of the company.
Proven experience in a telemarketing or inside sales role, preferably within B2B industries, is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the Kitchen, Bedroom, and Furniture industries to introduce our products and services
- Accurately document all lead interactions, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date and leads are effectively followed up on
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance outreach effectiveness
