We are seeking an experienced Elite Business Development Executive to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. As an Elite Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong consultative sales background, with experience in a similar role or industry. You will be tech-savvy, with a good understanding of IT and technology-related products. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000, with uncapped commission potential taking your earnings up to £80,000. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Job Description:

As an Elite Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships
  • Identifying pain points and opportunities to expand client spend
  • Providing post-sales support and ensuring client retention
  • Accurate forecasting of client spend

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong consultative sales skills and experience
  • Good understanding of IT and technology-related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: North East territory

Salary: £40,000, with uncapped commission potential taking your earnings up to £80,000
