We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through client visits and strategic calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits and strategic calls.
  • Achieve hire orders and exceed KPIs within your commercial areas.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts to maximize order potential and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Present tailored solutions with detailed quotations and drawings.
  • Lead targeted business development initiatives to boost local awareness and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to maintain our market-leading position.
  • Promote the full range of Dawsongroup services to deliver maximum value.

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sectors like Refrigeration, HVAC, or Temperature Control Solutions.
