International Business Development Director

Hybrid Role

This is an exciting and challenging role, suited to a Business Development Director who brings a unique blend of skills. Our client’s business is a collection of proactive, passionate, and dynamic talented people, each contributing to the success of the business with a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact on their clients' brands.

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for clients and their business

* Identify, manage, and cultivate new business prospects.

* Generate leads through your network, expertise, leveraging current tools and exploring additional resources.

* Set and track measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.

* Regularly engage with prospects and clients remotely, and face-to-face meetings.

* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

* Present to clients through both virtual platforms (Teams) and in-person meetings.

* Represent the agency at industry conferences and events, building valuable connections.

* Manage and maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date client information.

You should have a strong background in business development

* You should have proven expertise in utilising digital platforms to drive growth and build lasting relationships.

* You will be eager to expand the business by leveraging various channels to attract new clients as well as retaining and nurturing existing ones.

* A willingness to travel both domestically and internationally is essential.
