Construction Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Growth Specialist to join our client's team in Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their sales skills and experience the fast-paced world of construction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, as well as a proven ability to build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Managing individual pipeline and meeting sales targets
- Attending industry-related conventions and events
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Construction industry experience is desirable
- Experience doing B2B business development
- Experience in a previous sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per year, plus monthly commission
- Remote working until 2025, with a hybrid model (2/3 days in office) after that
