Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Internal Sales Executive to join our client's team in Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to kickstart their sales career with a reputable construction company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and business development, as well as a strong ability to generate new business through cold calling and attending client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new business by cold calling and attending client meetings
- Independently managing individual pipeline
- B2B sales and business development
- Attending industry-related conventions
- Reaching out to project managers and building surveyors
- Managing social media and posting engaging content
Requirements:
- Construction industry experience is desirable
- Experience doing B2B business development
- Experience in a previous sales role
- Confident speaking to decision-makers on the phone
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per year, plus monthly commission
- Remote working until 2025, with a hybrid model (2/3 days in office) after that
