About You
  • Hold Registered Nurse status and have experience in Positive Behaviour Support and managing challenging behaviours.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in management within the social or healthcare sector.
  • Exhibit strong commercial acumen to drive service delivery, budget control, and business development.
  • Display a leadership style that fosters inclusivity and supports team development.
  • Have experience working with external agencies, including CQC, Safeguarding, and CCGs.
