Care Home Deputy Manager
Florin Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join their team in Essex. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager in the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
The home provides dementia and residential care in a medium-sized nursing setting. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
Occasional nursing shifts may be required, but the role is primarily focused on management responsibilities. The client is flexible with working times, allowing you to choose your schedule from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Monitor and report on care standards and quality of life for residents
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
