Care Home Deputy Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager and dealing with the day-to-day running of the care home in their absence.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care and possess excellent leadership skills. You will be expected to manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements, ensuring that service users receive the highest standards of professional support and experience life opportunities helping to promote growth and independence.
You will also be responsible for promoting ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme, induction and training program, superb setting and working environment, costs for an enhanced DBS, and rewards for years of service.

The estimated salary range for this position is between £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
