Care Home Deputy Manager

New Copford Place, a purpose-built residential care home, is seeking an experienced care professional to join our team as Deputy Care Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our committed and enthusiastic team, assisting in the delivery of high-quality person-centred care.

The role involves working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the efficient management of the care home, including budgeting and staff development.

The salary for this position is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Registered Manager in managing the care home's finances.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and significant experience in a care home environment.

You must have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and excellent communication skills.
