About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Healthcare Service Improvement Lead to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex transformation projects across our organisation and the wider health and social care system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver projects in accordance with ESNEFT and wider system and alliance strategies.
  • Provide direct support to the Senior Transformation Lead, Deputy Head, and Heads of Transformation as required.
  • Plan, lead, and monitor specific trust urgent and emergency care projects or elective care projects, ensuring delivery of outcomes aligned with system-wide and organisational strategies, business plans, and programmes of work.
Main Duties of the Job
  • Responsible for planning and advising on the co-production and implementation of new care pathways to achieve step changes in quality and patient experience.
  • To matrix manage project teams of different professional groups, accounting for and considering their views and opinions to ensure consensus is reached to enable the implementation of new initiatives, pathways, and processes.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
