We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at 1 Stop Healthcare in Colchester. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and attention, while also developing your skills and knowledge in health and social care.

This is a temporary-permanent position offering flexible shift patterns, including day and night shifts. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support services, promoting the independence and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Flexibility for both day and night shifts
  • Ideally, a driver due to the location
