We are seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. The successful candidate will have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting their independence. Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, respecting their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
