Dedicated Care Provider for Specialist Services

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Specialist Services Team as a Complex Care Assistant in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a female teenager with severe autism, focusing on her complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting a client with tracheostomy, ventilator, and oxygen management requirements.
- Providing personal care, including oral suctioning, PEG feeding, and medication administration.
- Moving and handling the client safely and efficiently.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, with previous caring experience being an advantage.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and provide excellent customer service.
- Comprehensive training and supervision provided by our Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- A permanent contract offering stability and job security.
