Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dementia care services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of care strategies
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Mentor and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
