Senior Care Coordinator Role

Friends of the Elderly is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for older people. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Deputy Care Manager.
About the Role:As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the care service. This will include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, supporting staff in their roles and providing training as necessary, developing care plans and conducting risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have senior experience within a care team, strong leadership and communication skills, and an understanding of care regulations and quality standards. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, a contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development and training.
