Senior Care Team Leader Role

We are looking for a senior care team member to fill the position of Deputy Manager (Nursing) in our care home in Essex. This is a permanent full-time role with an estimated annual salary of £35,000.
In this role, you will support the Home Manager in leading the care team, developing care plans, and ensuring that residents receive high-quality care. You will also be responsible for supervising and training care staff, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the overall quality of care.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in care management, with a strong understanding of CQC standards and best practices. They will be able to lead by example, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
