Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding role will involve:

  • SUPPORTING THE THEATRE SERVICES MANAGER WITH KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY.
  • FACILITATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALIST PRACTITIONERS UNDER YOUR LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP.
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE THEATRE MANAGER TO IMPROVE PATIENT EXPERIENCE THROUGH CONTINUED SKILLS IMPROVEMENT.
  • ENSURING DEPARTMENTAL AREAS COMPLY WITH CQC ESSENTIAL STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND SAFETY.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION WITH THE NMC OR HCPC.
  • LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS TO ENABLE EFFECTIVE CONTROL FOR THE MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT OF THE NURSING, ODP AND HCA STAFF.
