Senior Care Assistant Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior care assistant with exceptional leadership skills to join our team as a Deputy Care Home Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager and dealing with the day-to-day running of the care home in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of carers, ensuring that service users receive high-quality care and support, and promoting ownership of care programs through effective communication and collaboration.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme, induction and training program, and rewards for years of service.

About the Position:

  • Support the Home Manager and oversee the daily operations of the care home

The estimated salary range for this position is between £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
