Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and domestic duties
  • Engaging in social activities and hobbies within the local community
  • Collaborating with the management team to oversee service operations
  • Participating in weekly and monthly audits, and being part of the 8-week on-call rota
