">Salary: £12.50 per hour
">Location: Colchester, Essex
">Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
">The Role
">We are looking for an experienced senior support staff member to join our new service in Colchester. You will work with individuals with varying support needs, providing adaptable support to meet their unique requirements.
">No day is the same, and that's the beauty of the job. You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
">You will be responsible for helping with everyday tasks, such as household duties and domestic chores, while engaging socially in hobbies within the local community. This includes enabling our people to live their best life.
">As a senior, you will have responsibilities including supporting the manager with audits, overseeing the service in their absence and being part of the on-call rota.
">Driving is preferred but not essential. We value diversity and welcome applications from all candidates.
