Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Complex Care Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality care to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to clients with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilation management, oral suctioning, bowel management, and medications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

Requirements
  • Experience in complex care.
  • Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilation management, oral suctioning, bowel management, and medications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £16 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and Bank holiday pay. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive rates, flexible working hours, and ongoing training and development.

We estimate that this role will pay around £33,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
